Who can I buy items for?
You can buy items from the Fannie Mae Store for yourself, colleagues, team members, customers, friends, and family. Always refer to the Business Courtesies Policy when giving and receiving gifts. If you have any questions, contact FM Ethics.
How can I pay for my items?
You can use a personal credit card, a Fannie Mae-issued credit card, a purchase order or a Fannie Mae Store eGift cards issued through The Beat.
How do I know when to use a corporate credit card vs. a personal credit card?
- If you are purchasing something as a gift for a friend, family member, yourself, or colleague, use a personal credit card or an eGift card
- If you are purchasing something for a team or customer event, such as an all-hands meeting or a customer conference, you can use a purchase order number or corporate credit card
- If you are purchasing something for a customer, you can use a purchase order or corporate credit card
- If you are unsure of which payment to use, contact the Fannie Mae Store team
How do I get a purchase order number?
If you want to pay with a purchase order, you must submit a requisition in ProcureOne and receive a purchase order number before you place the order. You must enter an active purchase order number and your cost center number when you check out.
How do I get a Fannie Mae Store eGift card?
Visit The Beat to redeem your earned points for a Fannie Mae Store eGift card.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary according to item. Details are listed in the description of each item and at checkout. If you have any questions, contact the Overture team.
Can I ship to my home address or multiple addresses?
Yes. You can specify your shipping preferences during checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your merchandise:
- In new condition
- With its original packaging
- Within 14 days of receiving your order
You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund, less the cost of original shipping and handling.
How do I return an item?
- Contact Overture team for detailed instructions and a return authorization (RA) number
- Package your order in its original packaging along with the original order number and RA number in order to expedite processing
- Ship the package via UPS to: Overture Promotions LLC, 595 N. Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL 60061 (keep your tracking number); you are responsible for all return shipping fees
Please note that Overture is not responsible for receiving returns sent via uninsured U.S. parcel post.
Who is Overture?
Overture Promotions, LLC is the preferred vendor to produce Fannie Mae-branded items. In this role, they manage and host our online store and are responsible for producing, warehousing, fulfilling orders, billing, and managing returns and exchanges. They also respond to customer service inquiries.
When should I contact the Fannie Mae Store team and when should I contact Overture?
Contact the Fannie Mae Store team with general questions about the store or the types of items offered. Contact the Overture team with specific questions about the quality or availability of a product, delivery times, billing, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
What if I want to order an item that is not offered in the store?
Complete this form – we'll work with you to find the item you need.
Can I order more than one SERVE t-shirt in a year?
No. The system has a tracking element to ensure that only one shirt can be ordered per employee, per year. If you need to request an additional shirt, please contact the CIE Team.
Can I order shirts for other members of my team who are volunteering with me?
No. All SERVE t-shirt orders must be placed by the individual needing the shirt.
What is the timeline for ordering a SERVE t-shirt?
Please order your SERVE t-shirt 7 business days before your volunteer project.
When should a SERVE t-shirt be worn?
SERVE T-shirts should be worn when you are participating in a company-sponsored SERVE volunteer event.
Will SERVE T-shirts be available on site at SERVE Events?
No. Each employees is responsible for ordering his or her own t-shirt at least 7 business days in advance of his or her volunteer project.
